This is what I use on EVERYTHING I make!

To keep your cutting boards & wooden bowl in good shape wipe off with a damp cloth after regular use. When cuttingare used with raw meat, use mild detergent & scrub lightly, rinse, towe dryl and stand or lean against back splash so it may dry. I use a heated walnut oil that is( FOOD SAFE ) & sells for$5.50 a bottle.Olive oil periodically, will keep the board looking good but the walnut oil will make last for years & years. As far as the bowls go I recommend the walnut oil I have. It want mold and dries to a hard sheen!
( NEVER PUT IN THE DISHWASHER ) $ 5.50 each
